The first two months seemed to produce more visible results
with two ailerons, two flaps, and both the vertical and
horizontal stabilizers being made. Now that the wings have been
started, there are many assemblies being worked on that won't
become finished parts for quite a while.
These should be the following:
Picture 1 is the skeleton of the horizontal stabilizer
Picture 2 Dave holding the vertical stabilizer
Picture 3 we have to eat and work!
Picture 4 it took all three pilots to bend this piece of
aluminum
Picture 5 we told Dave he still couldn't fly even if he wore the
horizontal stabilizer
Picture 6 Closing the skin of the horizontal stabilizer
Picture 7 this stack of wing spars took three people three days
to fit with gussets
