Winter Flying

Jim made his first flight since his back surgery Sunday the 11th, and Dave happened to catch a glimpse of him behind him as over his right shoulder in these two photos. He flew up to 9500 ft. and enjoyed a breathtakingly beautiful flight in the pristine air above the fresh snow. These crisp (okay cold) beautiful days offer smooth flying and as you can see, a very different perspective of our countryside. There are several photos of Erie Airpark that you can spot by the plowed runway.
